Rust Raiding only in certain hours

Ive looked around and can't really find what I am looking for, I see the offline raid protection plugin, but what I was really after was a plugin that allows raiding only between specific hours? People coming online at 3am-7am just to raid everything on the map is a real population killer and i'd like to try and stop it..

 

Could you not use something like:

NoRaid for Rust | Oxide

and then use:

Timed Execute | Oxide

to load and unload the NoRaid mod on a real time timer?

You could also use:

TruePVE for Rust | Oxide

and the scheduling feature to disallow building damage at certain times
