Hurtworld Raid only when online

Is it possible to make a plugin that it is only possible to raid someone when the person is online?

So the plugin check when a c4 is placed if the person on the stake is online.
If one or more is online you can raid.
If none of the persons on the stake is online you cannot raid and get your C4 back with message"No Offline Raiding"

 

Not really need to make new plugin for it.
Could be easily done my adding some lines on the No Raid Zones for Hurtworld | Oxide
