Rust Raid notifications to Discord

Hi Guys

Is it possible to create a plugin that will send a message to Discord Stating that "<playerName>'s base is getting raided" whenever it is attacked with

• Explosive rifle ammo (Object has to break in order to classify it as an raid)
• C4
• Rockets
• Satchels
• Bean cans
• F1 Grenades

Would love to setup something like this
