I know legacy had this plugin. I don't think it would be hard to implement.

 

I can do it ... but the raffle will give items ok ?

Used to have one back in legacy, not sure if it still works. Server always loved random raffles.

Looking for a plugin which creates jackpot/raffle events.
The event starts at random & you have 60 seconds to enter with 10,000 wood. Once timer finishes, one user is randomly selected & gets all the wood. 10 players join, one gets 100k wood.
I don't think a plugin like this exists yet, but link the page to me if I am mistaken.
