Rust Radtown Halloween Monsters

This plugin will be just like RadTownAnimals. It will spawn halloween monsters in radtowns with specific loot tables. That is all.

 

you can either spawn the murderers with the command or use Murderers for Rust | Oxide

 

You can do this with botspawn too, just set murderers true and they will spawn instead or scientists
