how do you use this there are no config or data files that I see?

 

There should be a config file

 

I removed and reloaded the plugin, it is working now. thank you.

 

do you need to turn on the server radiation first or does it conflict with the plugin? I am not sure if I am supposed to turn it on and then use the plugin to control or turn it off and the plugin adds it and controls it?

 

This plugin alters the default radiation zones, however it could also work with other radiation zones from other plugins depending on how the authors did it
