1. Hey guys,

    I know Snow produces HQMet
Does the desert or grassland product the most sulfur?
    Thanks

  2. I find the sandy areas are the best for all

  3. From my experience Normal metal/stone/metal frags/sulfur is not biome specific so it's occurrence is the same change everywhere. Oil is pretty much exclusively desert and hqm is high in snow, low in forest and close to zero in desert.

Understand that biomes and the texture on the ground have nothing to do with it. You can find oil on grass in the desert or south forest for instance... The fact there is sand or not means nothing to the resource map.

Altitude does seem to affect hqm. You will never find oil on top of a mountain... and you seem to have a higher chance of finding hqm on mountains as well. This is speculation though.
