Purpose of OnUserApprove?

    What is this hook for?
    When does it Trigger?

    Sry, i cant imagine something by the word "UserApprove" :/
    (Maybe its just my English, maybe not. I dont know ^^)

    It triggers when the player is being approved to join the server, usually involves Steam auth.

    I didnt get it on the first look.

    Is there any Hook i can "abuse" to track "Player kills Animal"?
