Rust Protect low grade fuel in lights

I want a plugin that makes it not possible to pick up low grade fuel from lights if not authorized

 

If you are talking about search lights, that's fixed by facepunch, just have to wait for update (thursday)

 

Talking about kinda anything, Tuna lamps for example
