They changed the placement location for Ownership Stakes to only be place upon foundations.

As for the x2 items. Download LootConfig for Hurtworld | Oxide
And change the global multiplier to 2x

 

and you now how to put cars in the alone rats ??? no cars are in my server ... Help me and i can put me in creativemode
