Rust Private plugin (paid $$$)

The plugin will be for a build/sandbox server. It will be a totally custom PVE/Build server GUI menu with different buttons to control different PVE aspects, and spawning of entities. Im willing to pay around 3 digits for this plugin, but once paid all rights are mine, and it the code cannot be resold or given to other parties.
