Solved Preventing admin from spawning items?

Ok so I have 2 questions if someone can help me-

1. Is there anyway to make someone an admin but for them not to have the ability to use the F1 menu to spawn in items or spawn anything in console

2. When I place a Tool Cupboard down I need to get a certain distance away before placing another, essentially i would like them to overlap.

In case this matters, I am using fragnet for my server hosting

1. Yes, don't grant them "usergroup add NAME admin" instead just grant them permissions for fauxAdmin(plugin) or whatever other plugins you want them to have access too.

2. Yes, MultiToolCupboard, not sure if that's the exact name but you'll find it with a google search

 

Is there anyway to remove them from this menu?

 

1. RemoveAAA for Rust | Oxide - can restrict the F1 give menu.
2. CupboardRadius for Rust | Oxide - can make cupboards overlap by enabling "ignoreInfluenceRestriction".
