Rust Prevent structures on structures

It would be nice to have a plugin like this, f.ex. on rp servers.
A plugin where you can customise weather or not certain building structures can be build on other building structures.
F. ex. You could modify it so that you can not build Stone structures on top of wood.

 

why,..........it seems that there are enough restrictions on building by the game itself without adding any more, I have never seen any player actually upgrade the first+ floor of a building without upgrading the ground floor, its a matter of progression,

In RP servers you don't need actually to upgrade all elements of a house or only the ground etc.
It belongs to the gamemode and the restriction for this. So...

It's a request on purpose.
