Possible to set ranks by player gender or skin color?

Is this possible? Or is every player the same?

Would be cool if you could set ranks based on player skin color or player gender so some players earn less money in shop or can only do certain things.

So is this possible? Does it register the type of player?

 

Afaik you can check if a player is male or female. But last I checked skin color and some other player features come up null when I checked last.
