Universal Poll for X hours

will someone make a plugin where the owner/admin can start a command like /startvote <message> that will last for x amount of hours and the players vote by typing /yes or /no, which their vote will then be save into a data, and when you open the data up, it will start off with a summarize of the vote

then after that it will list who voted yes and no. And also add a clear vote command. I need this plugin so I can see the players want a wipe or not when I'm not on.

yea, this doesnt seem to save when the server restart...
