Plugins to make a creative server?

Seen a few of these about,just wondering where they got the plugins in order to run these as would love to have this ability on my own test server.

Anyone know anything about these.

And yes i gather they paid plugins.

 

Godmode, Build for Rust, and perhaps a few other plugins that should be available or may be requested and you are set to go.
