Not an Issue Plugins overlapping GUI

Hello, because I have two plugins on my server and are not supported:

http://oxidemod.org/plugins/announcement-gui.1222/

What happens is that when I make an announcement can not be read because it covers the compass. Someone can help me moving it around or put some solution? Thank you!
