Solved Plugins not working (incomplete server setup)

I adding plugin to plugin folder like everytime.
But when I restart server it not installing and not making file in confing folder. (only notifier working)
I updated today oxide to newest version.

 

is this?

 

I reinstall but still this same. Are you think is something with Oxide?

I little don't understand you. Can you tell me how I can change to patch "without symbols"?

 

I send ticket to my host, because oxide is immediately in my server, and He say I need to wait for new version of oxide..

 

I have now access to Oxide Files. I shloud edit file or what to "remove symbols"?
