Plugins not appearing

hi guys, ocomposer isnt working and im trying to install plugins manually, the plugins are in the plugins folder but when i run

Code:

./rustserver mi

they do not appear as an option, have tried different plugins but no luck
even though they are in the plugin folder
please help

 

install oxide

or try just load name_plugin adn see whats happening

 

in console or PuTTY which is what i use mainly

Thats oxide that you already have installed and use this link for oxide Release

 

im confused whats that got to do with plugins not appearing?
