Solved Plugins are not doing anything (Oxide not installed)

I know, this is not the correct form, but to be honest I am not sure where to post this. I refuse to believe this is a plugin specific issue because every single plugin is having the same issue. Something is not loading properly..

According to my Logs, all plugins are loaded properly.
I input commands to chat, nothing happens. nor do i see anything on console..
e.g /help does nothing.. /balance /tpa /sethome etc. etc. etc.... Nothing happens. yet I see config files and proof on logs that it is loaded....

I am running the latest version of Oxide... Any ideas ?

 

I was about to, but after reinstalling the darn Oxide for the third time today, it finally worked... not sure what the cause on any of the trouble was, but FINALLY i am getting results!!
