Solved Plugin enabled just for a group

I want to know if there is a way to make a plugin that can be use just for a group of user.

Simply grant a group the permission of the plugin
And then grant the group to the player.

 

I think I've explained it wrong:
I have a plugin that affect all users. There is no permissions in that plugin. I want to make that this plugin only affect users on X group.

Could you PM this knowledge to me as well? Don't want to advertise for any plugin, but I have the same problem. A plugin only using authlevel, and not groups. I've created a VIP group, but since they're also on authlevel 0 - I cannot differ between regular players & vip players.
