hi,
In recent versions, I have to recharge several times a plugin for my changes take effect.
It is a desired behavior ? May have disabled it to develop ?
Solved Plugin compilation cache?

C# plugins (.cs) are compiled and then cached. In the event that you try to load a non-working version, Oxide will try to use the previously used working version. There is no need to disable anything, plugins will update if they compile successfully. If you are having issues, please check your oxide/logs for errors, and provide them here if so. Also make sure you are fully updated to the latest Oxide builds, including all DLLs.

Yes always with the latest version !
When I'm working on a plugin, I send to the server a buggy release, I correct and return the new version on the server
but load the buggy version :x then I seek why it does not work when it works properly!
I have circled more nights like that. xD -
