Solved Plugin commands not working (using wrong)

This is on a gameservers.com hosted server (not legacy).
Oxide is installed but none of the plugins I've installed are working from local console nor remote console (invalid command/Command not found).
No errors noted in the server logs or in the Oxide logs.
I have tried to update both the server and Oxide through the mods page.
Confirmed that the plugins are in the correct location and that they have loaded.

Through the client console the result is the same except 'Invalid command'

 

looks like you tried using chat commands via console, write them to the chat and they should work...
