Solved Players without name bug my chat

Hi i have noticed players logging into my server bug my chat none can type in it and i look at covalance players data in my folders and i found alot players with Screenshot theres any way to automatic kick players with that ? And in console when they log appear Player Connected -

But when a normal player log in appear Player Connected - "Nickname" "IP"

If someone can help me i would appreciate

 

It's not everyone i have seen sometimes new players logging and happening that, because I ban them to not screw up my chat or other player use command /players and screw his chat =( ... Those new players contact me and I say to change nickname and they come back and it work ... Sometimes happens with players already have a nickname but when they log in happen the same problem they get no nickname... It's hard keep all day my chat wtihout bug =( in 3.2.1 version was working perfect and with 3.3.1 happening that.

Maybe a plugin kick players that have no nickname and a msg to "relog client with admin rights". I have found 3-4 players in my server without their nickname and they relogged client with admin right and stopped that for while. When it happens in data oxide.covalence.playerdata appears steam ID but no nickname. I Kick them through there but would be nice a plugin does that automatic while no other fix.
