Some of my players are stuck on receiving data screen, i have restarted the server and no solution.
Anyone know a fix?

Have you tried with a new map? It could be the area they are trying to spawn in has an issue. The other possibility is that the server isn't on the same Rust branch that the clients are.

Kill the sleepers who are having it. Only solution for me when players happen to get it.

Everyone Near the Center of the map. 0,0,0 is deadPoint. and the longer the map exists, the bigger is this Dead|LagZone. ...... didnt found any solution yet

Happens wherever on the map for me aswell. I have no idea why it does... Some players have reported they are stuck for a while, then get disconnected & when connecting back once again it usually starts working. -But only if they wait the whole time until the server disconnects them.Last edited by a moderator: May 10, 2016 -

i have been stuck couple times near 0 0 0(as an admin) didn't help even i waited and reconnected several times (kicked out as unresponsive or timed out) then i realize that i have console even if iam stuck, so teleport yourself somewhere else when stuck and recon immediately. works every time with me. You can do that same with players, but need to have good coords to TP player so don't get killed. When you are on Receiving Data you are signed in to server already, so teleport works.
Just want you to know what has helped me(hint. you can use console in Livemap or RCON)

Yeah but i don't have console access during receiving data. And it's not a bad placement problem in my case, it will happen even with a blank server save as long as said server is on linux.
I've resorted to asking help from facepunch, assuming they even care.Last edited by a moderator: May 10, 2016 -
