Solved Players online

Just wondering if there is a /who or /players command to show you whos on the server or how many people are,

I've looked at a few threads and they said it was an inbuilt command, however on my server: 108.61.227.66:28016, it doesn't work...

Any pointers towards the plugin or creating the plugin?
