Solved Players online

    I noticed that the /who plugin hasn't been ported over, but a basic who/players plugin would be awesome.

    With the same functionality as older ones where you can set it to either announce XX number of players on the server, or show you the full list of names with multiple per line.

    Also to go with this the option to have /admins to show admins who are online
