Players in game not having steam

heey guys lately i find more players in my servers not having Steam!

they can play normale i dint see any hacking from they side beside having no steam and still able to play

Exaples:
Steam Community :: Jordyxd
Steam Community :: dannydehoog

these are actively playing in my server but not havin steam is this actualy possible or what?

 

I have experienced players with the "This user has not yet set up their Steam Community profile.
If you know them, encourage him/her to set up their profile and join in on the gaming!" before in counter strike and these are mainly new accounts that are used for playing against low rank players or hacking. I believe it just means that they have not properly setup their account (setting a display name, etc). An example of this is if they create their steam account and input the bare minimum information, then instantly purchase rust (or get it gifted) and start playing.

 

they maybe are using some SteamID spoofer and the server can not read information.
