Players banned, Console says they arent

So I had the anticheat plugin installed, but that gave 3 false bans so I removed it, but now, when I try to unban them, it says that they aren't banned. When they try to join it still says their banned though, Any idea how to unban them?

 

u need to unban them ingame

 

They are in ebcbanlist.json.

Use: player.unban steam64
