Players are lagging on my server

Internet speed: 100mb
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.10GHz
RAM: 16Gb
Map: Size 3000 Seed 1125 Barren
Server without plugins!
What should I set up? To eliminate the lag!

same here but im on a dedicated host some are crashing and some are getting heave memory usaged myself im getting 16gb then game crashes

 

Having a great internet speed doesn't mean diddly squat if your upload speed is terrible. That speed test isn't loading for me. As for Wombat, you'd need to troubleshoot your server, look at your RAM usage. If you're using any spawn plugins, the kind that modify density then that may be the cause if you've recently changed the values.

 

nope not changed a thing since 3 updates ago and update came lastnight and it started with lag for alot of players and stuff

 

Assuming your using lustymap, I'm aware of a possible memory leak. Try using a custom map image?

 

is this to do with "ShowPublicVendingMachines": true, by anychance

 

I'm unsure, it's possible. I have it disabled, as I don't like the way it looks.
