Player VAC banned again on new account

hi ,

on my server, one player has VAC banned account so i told him to buy new account because he has a bad reputation in his account. one of his friend gace him to account so his not a cheater. 2 days i whatched him after that i told him to buy new account.

he opened a new steam account and bought rust. he asked me to send all bluprints to his account from his previous account. so i log in my server ,openedplayers folder and change his old account steam id to his new account id. so he took all his blueprints. after 3-4 day later (yesterday) he got EAC banned. i thought it could be the problem changing VAC banned account folders to new accounts.

is it possible ?

nice catch but its not the case. i now him very well but i trust him so i am here to solve this.

btw, when he couldnt login, i wanted his steam id to check if the problem computer side or not. so i loged in his account in my computer.

am i in trouble too ?

 

no ... but it's easy ... EAC checks the integrity of rust folders, and if i recall, atm it ONLY checks for wallhacks (or other injections), so he most likely did use a cheat, or manually activated the wallhack, and got EAC banned.
VAC bans and EAC bans don't happen by mistake (and if they do, they get unbanned extremelly fast, usually players don't even know that they got banned xd)
So your trust is misplaced. he did cheat, and does cheat.

 

How to get rid of the EAC Banned?

 

Don't cheat in the first place is the only answer
