Universal Player locator / tracker

I have tried finder and tracker but none seem to do what I want.

as an admin I would like to know the XYZ of a player in the Console so I can feed that to other plugins that take options like that.

if this does not exist, I might be open to writing one.

something like: ploc.name "quicken" or ploc.steamid "123455677888"
returns the current X,Y,Z

 

Tracks where people have been or are, in a certain radius or check if anyone has passed this spot


e.g.
/track <raidusnumber>
