Player hacked GUI?

Alright, I'm sorry if this isn't the place to ask about this, but i don't know where else to ask. How exactly is this person able to do this? The Streamer has nothing to do with this, and the person spamming this doesn't even show that he's EVER been on the server. At all. His profile doesn't exist even though i have his steamid and his IP. He can not be banned.

 

^Happening on EU1 aswell so its not even Oxide related.

1st, you made screenshot, because i see someone nocliing and using vanish, then on your server or public, because saw this on official and cant find how to do it myself after everyoen typed that this is copy paste stuff. Ideas?

 

noclip and vanish are public admin tools that can be used on community servers. Even if this is a screenshot from another admin it still proves theres an issue where some people cant be banned by usual methods...

 

Thanks but i know about vanish and noclip, just asked if he is admin or just use other screenshot and i thought its real ddos on officials but looks like glitch that will find soon or later but still nothing.

 

@Bananas for sale CNDBLOOD is a popular Rust Youtuber and runs I think 2 or 3 servers.

 

OK now explain how this was done, i care more to find about this glitch or hack than info about youtuber
