Solved Player banned by Steam ID keeps coming back

Having an issue with a clan whose been caught cheating...So I banned them all via their SteamID's, but they just keep coming back instantly and I can't re-ban them even after doing unban? Any ideas? Getting to be a bit of an issue as people are not happy with hackers

 

Their IDs are showing in the bans.cfg file, but still no such luck....possible ban evading script?

And... when you ban someone, do a writecfg

Or use IPBlacklist to blacklist their ips and use VPNBlock as a combination
