Solved Placing doors crashes server (outdated version)

    Hi! when i put a door server crashes
    how to fix it?
    without last oxide all is ok

    Which Oxide version are you using? You can check using the /version command in the chat. If you are using under 2.0.1713, then you're running an outdated version of Hurtworld. Oxide itself doesn't do anything with doors, but there were some bugs in Hurtworld recently.

    I installed Oxide too and i had problems with the doors too. I couldnt walk through them. After i uninstalled Oxide all worked fine for me. Also the Server title didnt even showed up in the serverlist with Oxide. Was on a linux server. Dont even loaded the plugins. Atm its just buggy i think. :(

    Not showing in the server list means you're either not using the latest build that has the latest patched DLL for Hurtworld, or the server isn't fully started. Oxide does not control if the server is listed or not, that is determined by your server's version of Hurtworld. The Linux builds work fine aside from the compiler, which will only work on x64 versions of Linux. We're adding support for x86 soon, but not sure when.

    i solved this problem
    need last server version and last oxide version
    but if you use gamehosting there may be old version of oxide

    If you have full server access, you can upload Oxide manually, else you'd need to update through your host.

    I have FTP connection yes. But how do i know if i have the last server version? And if not how can i update it?

    For checking the Hurtworld version, you can't easily as the protocol often remains the same, but for Oxide you can use the /version command in-game.
