I have one dedicated server in OVH and i have created 2 games,
1- Rust Modded
2- Rust Vanilla
The rust modded is the problem, so many players have 10k ping, i dont know why, and the same players play in Rust Vanilla and dont have problems.... 33ms ping
WTF?
Im using TCAdmin and Debian 7.10
3 first lines on start console server:

[DOUBLEPOST=1462579410][/DOUBLEPOST]PD: OK! Problem resolved! The problem was tickrate config, i change tickrate 100 for default tickrate, and now all work good
