Solved Permissions for Ban/Kick/Mute?

I want to give our players some commands like mute kick and maybe ban but maybe not. We currently have 2 owners but we need some players on like chat mods or helpers while the other owner and I play another game or are offline.

The permissions are greatly appreciated, I will download any plugin to allow me to do this.
