Permissions are saved in a file?

    I wanna know if permissions are saved in some file that I can edit?

    They are saved in .data files, but they are not meant to be manually edited. Oxide provides console commands that allow you to view, add, remove, and edit permissions and groups.

    So I will post a plugin request "Permissions Manager".
    Something that allow you to manually edit and remove permissions, because add them one by one in game is a pain...

    Oxide is the permissions manager. There are some existing threads that already discuss this, if you really want to edit manually, you can use a ProtoBuf editor.
