Solved Permission commands?

Just wondering if there is a thread for configuring permissions and all of the oxide commands for Hurtworld. I did some searching around but couldn't find a specific thread, like the one stickied in the rust discussion. It also appears that the addadmin command in the batch file isn't actually adding me as an admin, as I cant teleport in game etc... Not sure what that is about...
