Permanent hammer remove?

how do you make it so the hammer has permanent remove?

With this plugin you can block items. So ppl can not craft the item.

This for ppl can not find in Barrels or loot boxes.

 

i dont think you understand what im asking. i want to know how to make the hammer be able to remove walls/ things you make with the blueprint forever not have a limited time on them

thats a /remove command, i want to be able to set the destroy option on the right click of the actual hammer to always be there. as the default you only have the destroy option for a certain amount of time

 

i think he is looking when you you hit with hammer, it remove object like this ^^

i was on a server before and it had it so you can destroy walls with the hammers right click option, but it didn't have a time limit on it which meant you could destroy a wall by right clicking on the hammer and clicking the destroy option

 

I think for this what you mean is no public plugin out there.
