Rust Penalize suiciding (paid $$$)

Hey guys!

I was wondering if there is a possibility to penalise players for using kill command.
We are currently working on a roleplay server and are wondering if its a possibility.
Is turning it off completely a thing too?
If not. We can pay (we're not millionaires btw) to develop a small plugin that penalizes suicide.

CommandBlock can work to block the suicides completely, but you are right a custom plugin will be needed if you want anything else to be done on suicide.

If you post what you would like to happen when someone attempts to commit sucided. I'm sure a developer will PM you, or even post here.
