Paying for help setting up server

I am looking for assistance on creating my RUST server I've created a few legacy servers, but it seems the ANTI-CHEAT system is far better in the new rust.

I have a small list of vanilla like mods I would like plugged into the server, if you can help me out and knock this out for me i'll pay you for your time. It should not take long if you're more fluent in
