Hurtworld Paycheck at set times

Is there a way that I can set during every hour you can do /signcheck
at the 00 mark of each hour in real life day time.

And at those times you have 2 minutes to signcheck and when you do you get a random item
example: 10 amber, 250 wood, 100 shaped iron, drill, shotgun

So every hour of a day for the first 2 minutes of all 24 hours you can signcheck and you redeem random loot and I can set %'s of the rarity of each drop so like Shotgun %5 chance you get it etc.

You're going to have to request the time externally, in a similar way to the PlayerRestrictions plugin, I can help you with that later, don't have much free time on my hands.
