I noticed the same thing except mine is listed as Version 2.0.0. Also, the download from https://github.com/OxideMod/Oxide/releases/download/latest/Oxide-Rust.zip is missing the Oxide.Core.dll file.

Yep, even with a fresh, blank Rust server install and downloading current release of binary version OxideMod results in console display of Oxide version "2.0.0." We're having a fun ride with MSVC 2015-2017 "upgrade" tonight, aren't we? Server still works and players can load, so seems maybe this is cosmetic type issue
2.0.0 is because the Oxide.Core.dll was manually compiled by Mughisi as we're having an issue with the Oxide.Core from the build server and dependencies right now. Generally the last 0 is changed by the build server.
Would this be causing any problems to the "usergroup add name group" command? I can't get any usergroup commands to work right now
So we have the latest version ? The real version didn't show, that's all ?
Yes, if you'd check the logs it will state the correct version for the core extensions while oxide.core.dll shows either 2.0.0 or the previously installed version depending on when you ran the oxide update.
Core commands where changed, please read Oxide core plugin/permission command changes | Oxide
I have a bug with the oxide version how to fix the problem?
That's not a bug, just a temp version.
