Solved Oxide not starting with server (not installed)

I have had a small server for a long time now, and have never really had that many problems (until now that is). I kind of let RoK slide for a few months and didn't really do any updating at all.

Now when I come back and turn everything back on, and update things, none of the mods work. In game I have no control over oxide, it acts as if it isn't running. I have deleted everything, and started again, but it does the same thing every time (nothing). None of the plugins work at all.

I use BlueFangSolutions as host for my server (they changed things too, but that is another complaint I have right now).

 

Yes .. downloaded the second version released yesterday .. unzipped to the root folder .. nothing

Now if I could only figure out how to set it for multiple crests I will be so happy. I know it is in there somewhere! But that is a different post also.
