Solved Oxide not loading (Oxide not installed)

Hi guys, I have a problem, yesterday my Oxide Plugins was active, when the update was there I dowload it on my server. After I put the new Oxide version from yesterday 10:34 . Now my Oxide don't want to load, he don't creat files or nothing, it's look like he is no responding. I did the exactly same things when I start the server. I don't know what to do I tried a lot of things...

I really do not have idea of what happens.... 5 times I tried to copy paste and does nothing. I didn't touch anything and it's running perfectly now :/
