Solved Oxide not installing properly (missing file)

Hello Oxide Forums,
today I write to you because I have an issue with my dedicated server. First of all, when I try opening it, nothing will happen and it gets stuck in the following:

This did not happen before I attempted to install Oxide. I have looked around the Internet for the past 2 weeks for a solution as to how exactly I uninstall Oxide, but all help only goes with people who have a hosted server with an online Control Panel. My question is;

Is this a failed installation of Oxide, is it a failed .bat or is it something else?

I got it work, I turns out I was missing a file from The OxideMod.zip. The server works completely fine now. I do have one additional question.
How does my friend connect to my server if he is connected to the same LAN? What does he need to enter in the console?

 

My router's IP or my PC's IP?
