  2. Well.. maybe they are using snapshots ? If yes maybe the latest one is "broken" or sth is not right with it. Ask them.

    They are using snapshots, they recently switched to them. We're not aware of any issues with the snapshots though.

    If you could provide your latest Rust and Oxide logs, that would be helpful in figuring out the issue.

    Rust still has logs under server/identity.
     
  6. if oxide wont install and i cant log into server how can i see what version the server is running im wondering if the server wont update is maybe the issue cause i keep getting wrong version protocol

    You get that because there was a Rust update today, so if your server is using an old build or you are using an old client, that will happen.

    You can see the Rust protocol your server is on by using the "status" console command via RCON.
