Solved Oxide (New Admin) what's in the box?

I am the admin for several servers and we are looking to setup arena areas and everyone wants TP. so I am looking at Oxide.

Please tell me what is in Oxide "out of the box"? I am trying to find a list of user features and admin features and ideally a way to start with everything off and add only want I need.

lots of questions:

TP - OOTB? if so can I set how often from/to, and delays?
God mode for Admin - tired of getting killed! is this OOTB? how do I set it up?

There is nothing built into oxide by default except for a permission system. You will need to download the plugins you want to add the features.
