Solved Oxide loading issue (not installed)

I updated Steam and Such and wiped my server. The usual stuff.

But I don't remember how to reload Oxide entirely? All the command lists I am getting, especially from here are just general ones. I swear there was a command for restarting oxide entirely, but can't remember what it was and my usual help guy isn't around for awhile today.

Reason I am asking is it continues to tell me the commands can't be found. and I know oxide.reload "filename" is a real command and should be working.

 

Ah ok thank you. I thought I had done that but I guess the install never went through. I really should try everything before posting. Thank you.
